Christmas morning!! Taken after I basically bawled my eyes out when our team leaders surprised us with the gifts from my parents... :) (read following blog to get details on my Christmas day) :) I look like crap but it was one of the best moments of my life!!! Merry Christmas everybody!!!! :)

The team chillin in the girls apartment eating lunch:)

Walking around Bishkek and in a nearby neighborhood... :) (pretty grey huh?)
My beautiful leader, Katie, and I riding on the Marshuka!! (These like big, van/bus transportation type vehicles in the cities)
Eating lunch... turned out to be a fishtype pizza. Probbbably the grossest thing I've tried so far.
Some cute Kyrgyz girls at the Greenhouse for Girls Club!!! We made jewelery with them, they're all university students and all sooo sweet! :)
I'm helping out with their dance-club as well in January about 3-4 days a week. I'm so excited to work with them!
Me and the beautiful little daughter of the long-termers here in Bishkek!!! :)
Janish, so graciously buying us a sheeps head to eat for dinner and have a "full Kyrgy experience..." :)
Me and our dinner:)
BEFORE: About to eat the sheeps eyeball....
AFTER: ... pretty self-explanatory:)
Philip playing with the sheeps ears... lol probably really wrong of many levels but still very funny:)
Daniel, surrounded by girls of course:) No actually the long-termers here warned us to be careful with the local girls. They'll do anything to get out of Kyrgyzstan, and if an American guy comes into the pic, they're allllll over it. So here is Daniel... and me coming in to save the day:) These are all University students. Sweet, sweet girls! :)
I KNOW you're not supposed to have favorites.... but this girl is Leila and she's my favorite:) She's 10 years old and only speaks Russian and I love her!! I wish I could take her back to the states with me... *tear*
Kelsey and I with some of the little Kyrgyz kids!!! My favorite boy is named Advar, he's on the left right in front of me:) He's a mischevious little guy, but I loved him!
Me and the kids... and Advar is the one right beside my head! We bonded:)
The students really only remember names like Britney Spears, Will Smith, and Jackie chan. So they call the Canadian girl named Brittany on my team Britney Spears, they call my friend Will, Will Smith, and they call the Korean guy named Philip on my team Jackie Chan. So here, this little boy wanted to fight Jackie Chan (aka Philip) :)
My team with one of the elementary schools we helped out with!!! :)
This is Janish!!! He's a local Kyrgy turned American:) He helps with a lot of the long-term missionaries we work with and hangs out with our team a lot... he's hilarious:) (And he loves sheeps eyeballs of course)
Me and some random Kyrgyz girls I met on the street when I desperately had to go to the bathroom... and thank God they understood a little bit of English!! They took me a few blocks away to their school and introduced me to my first "sqwatty." .... If you don't know what that is... just think about it for a second. You'll get it.
Kelsey, Philip, and Brandon enjoying our VERY FIRST contact with local Kyrgyz food. Its soooo good by the way:)
A really cute little girl I caught in the act of taking a cutie:)
